LCS Summer Split – Betting & DFS Picks – Friday June 26th, 2020

Counter Logic Gaming vs. FlyQuest – 9:00PM ET

Cloud9 vs. Team Liquid – 10:00PM ET

Betting Record (12-8, +1.71 units) – LCS 2020 Summer Split

Counter Logic Gaming (3-1) vs. FlyQuest (3-1) – 9:00PM ET

Moneyline Odds: FlyQuest (-250) | CLG (+175)

Bet: FlyQuest Moneyline (-250) [2 UNITS]

Why I Like It: CLG has gotten off to a strong start for the Summer Split, but they looked terrible when they faced a team that was actually solid (Evil Geniuses). EG actually shut them out with a 12-0 kill advantage, 11-0 tower advantage, 3-0 dragon advantage, and the only Baron in that game. Counter Logic Gaming does have 3 wins, but they made a lot of mistakes in their victories, and stronger competition would have punished them. I think that FlyQuest is the 2nd best team in the LCS right now, and they should take this one pretty easily. CLG’s only real chance is to win this one during the draft.

Favorite DFS Play: Solo (TOP)

Why I Like It: Everyone on FlyQuest projects pretty well for DFS, and Solo is the cheapest option on the team outside of the support, IgNar. I think we might see another really strong performance from Solo like we saw against Team SoloMid. He is a good option on Draftkings as your Captain because of how cheap he is.

Cloud9 (4-0) vs. Team Liquid (3-1) – 10:00PM ET

Moneyline Odds: Cloud9 (-360) | Team Liquid (+250)

Bet: Cloud9 Moneyline (-360) [3 UNITS]

Why I Like It: I don’t think we’ll see Cloud9 lose for a long time. Team Liquid is a top 4 or 5 team in the LCS and can put up a better fight against C9 than some other teams, but they would be lucky to keep this one at all close. Cloud9 would have to really troll the draft to lose here, and even if they did troll the draft they’d still probably win. We saw Golden Guardians finally slow down Blaber last week, but it didn’t matter in the end and Cloud9 was still in control the entire time. This team is way too good for the LCS.

Favorite DFS Play: Nisqy (MID)

Why I Like It: I’m going to fit as many Cloud9 players into my DFS lineups as I can, and I think Nisqy is the best option. C9 may or may not prioritize their mid laner, but it won’t matter either way. Nisqy has such an advantage over Jensen in mid lane that I think he will have a huge night.
